CRITERIA:
 

  • For direct recruitment, At least one year of experience in practicing AI is required

  • In possession of a motor bike

  • Willing to work on commission basis

  • Honest and Reliable (ProFarm AI Technicians will need to follow the company policies and quality standards. The company has a zero tolerance policy towards agents who try to cheat or mislead  farmers or ProFarm employees)

  Area Manager

ProFarm seeks area managers for their new offices, please contact use for the next center location.

The area manager has the following responsibilities:

  
 

  • Supervise in close coordination with the Management Team, the day-to-day operations concerning the Marketing, Sales and Customer Services in a designated area;

  • Responsible for running and supervising  an AI centre in accordance with the company policy and Standard Operating Procedures;

  • Responsible for the implementation of  company budget which includes area sales targets, area marketing targets, area budget;

  • Responsible for supervising AI technicians in accordance with the company policy and Standard Operating Procedures;

  • Management of AI services;

  • Responsible for management and achievement of area sales targets, area supervision, customer relationship management at farmer, AI technician and institutional levels;

  • Responsible for building and maintaining relations with government, private sector and partner companies at designated area level;

  • Responsible for insemination, conception, calving, milk production and health registration system;

  • Responsible for farmer registration and maintenance of farmer database;

  • Responsible for management of reporting system;

  • Responsible for promotional activities at designated area level;

  • Cash management at area level, book keeping, reporting;

  • HRM of field staff, AI technicians; performance management, incentive management, reimbursable expenses.

ProFarm seeks candidates that meet the following criteria:

  • Holder of a degree as Doctor of Veterinary Medicine;

  • Verifiable experience with AI & Breeding

  • Verifiable experience with Marketing, Sales & Customer Services  in the agro sector;

  • Verifiable experience of supervising a sales team and sales force management;

  • Hands-on experience with data collection and data analysis in the agro-sector;

  • Experience with extension activities in rural areas;

  • Superior verbal and written communication in English, Urdu and Punjabi, computer literacy

  • Self starter and able to work independently;

  •  Getting-it-done mentality;

  • Experience in and passion for the agro-sector, breeding and artificial insemination is a must;

  • A farmers’ background is a definite advantage.

  Operational Support Officer    
 

ProFarm seeks operational support officers for their regional offices in Burewala, Bhowana, Chistnian and Bhalwal.

The operational support officer has the following responsibilities:

  • Facilitate in close coordination with the Director Operations and Operational Officer, the day-to day operations at your regional center

  • Supervise the day to handling, storage, order-picking, sales and transport of semen and LN to and from your regional office

  • Ensure uninterrupted semen and LN supply and sales to the AITs in your area

  • Manage inventory of semen, LN, AI Equipment and disposables, stationary and promotional material.

  • Keep records of AI services, Farmers, AITs and conceptions.

Candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Superior verbal and written communication in English, Urdu and Punjabi, computer literacy and numeracy;

  • Verifiable experience with handling, storage, order-picking and transport of semen and LN;

  • Verifiable experience with execution of administrative tasks;

  • Hands-on experience with data collection and data analysis in the agro-sector;

  • Self starter and able to work independently;

  • Getting-it-done mentality;

  • Experience in and passion for the agro-sector, breeding and artificial insemination is a must;

  • A farmers’ background is a definite advantage.
